Really nice relief when you’re bloated and just need help going
I usually get bloated when I eat out. I have trouble with being consistent during travel so this medicine works fabulous for that. I took it with me during my four day road trip and took it on days were I hadn't gone. I usually go in the mornings, so if I had troubles that day, I take it that night. I didn't experience any bloating or cramps and works like it should. It's alright

Effective without discomfort
Recommended adult dose is between 30-60ml, took 45ml to be safe. The taste was palpable nice minty and cooling flavor. It was a little chalky but not enough to discourage use again. It is very thick. It did work quickly, I’d say within the first 2 hours it inspired movement. Then again about 8 hours later. The day after taking it could definitely tell it was still effective.
