I could cry from how much relief this product brought me. I was experiencing insane neck pain and had tried everything I could think of (heat, ice, gentle massage, towel-supported stretches, chin tucks) and was in AGONY. The could have put the price on this at $50 and I would have bought it, no hesitation. The INSTANT I got back to my car and put it on, I started feeling so so so much better and that only improved throughout the day. It helps me take the pressure off my neck after having more severe neck pain. The measuring instructions before buying are excellent so be sure to follow those instructions. It fit perfectly and is a big help while I'm healing. I wasn't interested in anything fancy as I'm just using it primarily at home, so why pay higher prices. Great price for this product, it's a great quality and very sturdy.
