It is very tall

Too big and not comfortable on the throat
The collar itself is way too big to be a "one size," I have to layer it on top of itself just to get it tight enough to get enough support. But in order to be tight enough to feel the relief, you almost have to make it SO tight that it pushes against your throat, despite the adjustable jawline strap. This is super uncomfortable and even triggers my gag reflex.
