Great relief
I recently tried CVS Health Menstrual Complete Menstrual Relief Caplets, and overall I’m pretty happy with them. They provided noticeable relief for cramps and general discomfort without making me feel overly drowsy or out of it. Definitely a must

These are only good for mild headaches. Unfortunately I have heavy period days that also include intense cramps. This doesn’t work that well for pain. I used them all to make this a fair review.
