Great taste
I have been using the cvs natural daily fiber supplement and it has been honestly great addition to my supplement routine. It taste really great which makes it easy to drink. You have to drink it quickly or it will start getting thick. I also noticed it makes me feel full , which reduces me from snacking. It definitely keeps me regular. Easy dissolving fiber
Easy dissolving psyllium fiber that does its job. I use this to help keep me fuller in between meals and it does great. Simple standard orange flavor that dissolves well (better in room temp water) and tastes decent enough.
