They don’t stay put
If you’ve had the real nicoderm patches or even Walmart generic the whole patch is a sticker. This is a round patch that only has a little stick in the middle and an outer ring that’s sticky. Both my husband and I had issues keeping them on. At this cost I expected better. Helps with the desire to stop smoking. It is a great value, especially when they have "buy one get one half price". The price online will be a little less than in the store, so make sure you check on that before buying. Also, would be nice if the stores carried the stock for the "buy one get one half price".
