    It's ben working for me so far

    Wanted to try the paTches starting with 21 mg planning to go to the 14 mg then 7 mg. .see what happens.other companies don't offer the 7 mg but cvs does.i figure i might as well do the whole program.

    Works for me

    This is the last step in giving up smoking. Seems to help w urge to light up, but I'm also hungrier. Need to have healthy snacks readily available.

    Decent smoking cessation product

    I've been a smoker a long time. Way too long. I've tried a lot of different things. I will say these patches did help a little bit. Though I have not completely stopped, it did help me cut way back. I will continue to use them on a regular basis. They did stay on pretty well and didn't slide off or fall off

    Decent

    Not for me was not too effective. Gave me a slight headache and was not good on my skin. I think it may work better if I started from stage one and worked my way up.

    Effective!

    This patch is easy to apply! My dads a smoker and used this as a way to help him quit, it was effective although as we know quitting a habit isn’t the easiest, but this makes it much better to deal with the anxiety! Would recommend to anyone looking to stop smoking.

    Stickiest patch on the market

    This is my first time trying this brand but was pleasantly surprised. I’ve tried other nicotine patches in the past that have been too strong so initially cut the patch and started with a half for an hour to see how I’d react. Happy to say these patches adhere all day (even while sleeping and showering) with no nasty side effects. I make sure to alternate my placement but prefer my arm. Box comes with 14 patches and did reduce my cravings. Would recommend as I prefer this brand now over others especially for patches ability to stay on the full 24 hours

    Eh iffy

    I’m super biased on this because I tested this product without using step 1 or 2 because I’m not going to spend $50-$65 to test a product that I’m getting for free. But, I will say that it stings for the first few hours so I recommend applying and switching out in the morning instead of before bed like I did. It’s an uncomfortable feeling, but it goes away. And it’s a 24 hour patch and it was funny because when I went to change it out, it was already practically falling off. But, I hope that if someone uses this product they use step 1 and 2 and I hope they’re able to accomplish what they’re trying to accomplish.
