    The CVS generic nyquil ... not strong enough

    Cheap OTC version of overnight cough syrup. Not bad if you have mild symptoms, but really lacks the kick of the 'behind the glass products like Nyquil and Musinix

    Gets the job done!

    This has been a very good cold medicine. I’ve used it on a couple of occasions and both times I felt symptom relief and also got a better night sleep with a cold. This actually came in super clutch as I came down with a cold a week and a half before my wedding and I would like to think that this cold medicine helped me recover in time.

    Instead of spending a fortune for musinex just buy the cvs brand It works great and costs a lot less.

    Taste like berry and is thin

    I tried the CVS Nighttime Cold & Flu Multi-Symptom Relief Liquid when I was dealing with a bad cold, and it definitely helped me get through the night. It eased my cough and helped clear enough congestion for me to finally fall asleep. The taste is very similar to sweet and a little strong. It has a medicinal berry flavor with a slight warming aftertaste. It’s better than most , and it goes down quickly since it is thin liquid.

    It’s ok

    Didn’t get to try it because no one in my household got sick. It didn’t have an overpowering smell like other cold medicine. I didn’t like that the seal didn’t come off clean. But based on the ingredients it seems ok

    Good product

    This was a generic nighttime cold and flu product. I felt that it did a good job and helped with my symptoms. It did not leave me too drowsy the next morning which is a plus! Taste was fine

    Best value for store brand

    This cold & flu nighttime medicine tastes ok, not that medicine like taste. It's not too thick and goes down easy. I wasn't able to check the effectiveness, since I don't have a cold or have flu symptoms. It does help with sleep though. I would definitely retry it when I'm actually sick, since I usually buy the CVS brand and their products do work. The CVS brand has been good to for me for years. I look forward to using this product for symptoms, except I don't look forward to being sick to do so, lol.
