I’m kind of insomniac I decided to try this product to rest some nights, and I was surprised. A two pill dosis allow me rest for a while. No flavor, easy to swallow. Extremely small pills that help me drift off to sleep faster than I ever dreamed possible. The packaging is a little bit frustrating but nothing terrible. Ingredients are pretty decent.
