Satisfactory but not great
Because the plunger is one piece with hard plastic gliding on hard plastic (rather than a rubber gasket at one end), dispensing medicine orally is not always a smooth operation. Sometimes you can get resistance which can then dispense more and faster than desired as you push to overcome the resistance.
