I was surprised with how well these actually worked, I used on my lower back and felt almost instantly better. I like that each patch is individually wrapped but I'm not crazy about the scent. Works great
Was effective for my lower back pain that I had. Easy open packaging and was easy to apply. Stayed on 6+ hours without falling off. They are great for pain
I think these patches are very comfortable and very effective for pain relieving they stick on really well. They don't really have much of a strong scent, and the packaging is sturdy if you order them in the mail. Nice alternative to ice packs and pills
You can smell the menthol as soon as you open the foil packet and it is strong. The adhesive is decent. I Once it stuck it was stuck for a good min.. For upper back pain. You may need a second hand to help place. But with lower back it's pretty easy to apply. This relaxed me a lot and I did feel some pain relief from the cooling effect. I slept with this on with no problems. I think this also helped keep my cool while I was sleeping. I just wish it was bigger. But for smaller areas it's easy to just cut into pieces. I did this for my wrist joint pain which this helped a lot. Pretty good
I think this worked pretty well! I had some pain on my shoulder. That's a reoccurring. Works great for muscle cramps
I like the fact that the patches come in a resealable package so they haven't dried out. I used them for leg cramps and it helped right away.
