CVS Peas!
This is a perfect sized hot or cold therapy pack for any area of the body. I love that it can be refrigerated, frozen or microwaved for any of my needs. It must be at room temperature to put in the microwave and only takes 40 seconds to heat it up. It’s easy to store because it’s not too wide. The back side is soft, so it’s comfortable on the skin. I love hot and cold compresses, especially hot ones. The peas inside were super neat with a great texture. I used the microwave for 40 seconds and the peas warmed up, if you use the peas side down, you can feel the heat but if you use the fabric side down, I couldn't really feel the heat that much without putting it back into the microwave for 15 more seconds. It will not stay in place, depending on where you are using it. So if you can stay still for 20 min, you are good. It missed the mark for me with the heat. Works well

Squishy hot/cold pack.
I think this cold/hot pack is cute and I love the little squishy beads inside. Its very nice to touch but its a little inconvenient to have to keep reheating in the microwave. The bead side is always hotter than the fabric side and you have to let the heat transfer equally for a few seconds because it tends to heat more on the edges. I prefer a plug in heating pad but obviously this is nice if youre looking for something portable and quick. Its probably more convenient as an ice pack. Works well
Works good for an ice pack. The soft velvet underneath is comfortable on your skin. A good size, can be wrapped around your arm if you tied it with something. Simple, Reusable Pain Relief
The CVS Peas Hot or Cold Therapy Pack is portable, easy to use, and great for quick relief. I like that it can be used both warm or cold and feels flexible on the body. My only downside is the heating limit of about 70 seconds, which sometimes isn’t warm enough for deeper comfort. Love this

It is ok product to release the pain
It works well. You can use it for hot or cold. It lasts for 17 mins if you use the hot. It is perfect size for applying any pain of body. It is good you don’t have to wrap it inside the towel. Just direct apply on the pain. No smell at all.
