Awesome product!
I bought the CVS Peas labeled for use on neck and shoulder, however, I also use it to ease muscle pain in the lower lumber & IT band. It's extremely versatile, comfortably form fitting & reusable.. This Peas comes with an extension Velcro-like band as well to accommodate sizes & areas. The side that goes on the skin is made of a soft velour type material. It can be heated in the microwaved or in the fridge/freezer for cold. I haven't tried the cold, but the heat lasts about 20-30 minutes. Really great-stays cold for a very long time.
I have 2 of this size and I often have one on my knee, and one on my foot. I also use one on my hip-I just wrap it around then sit in my recliner. I also use them against my back while sitting. Wraps neck in warmth

Reusable ice/heat pack works as well as I hoped. Retains heat and cold longer than others I have tried. Sturdy. Convenient size for my use as a neck compress. Price point was good especially using CVS coupons. Instructions easy to follow. In stock at my CVS. CVS employees were helpful with suggestions.
