It took me a while to try it as I was waiting till it was needed. My daughter got the flu bad and couldn't keep anything down. I was able to easily give her small amounts of this. It actually worked really well — it hydrated me quickly without the sugary taste most sports drinks have. The unflavored version isn’t exactly delicious, but it’s mild enough to sip when you’re nauseous. I also appreciate that it’s cheaper than name brands and does the same job. It works
I got this for my elderly parents. They have been having dehydration issues. It has helped and they seems to not mind drinking it. It's filled to the very top
I wish they would NOT fill it to the very top. I often spill it.
