    ok - but heel type better

    This is ok, but it moves around and constricts. Better alternative is the heel pad type.

    Worth it!!!

    I was getting desperate with my foot pain. I didn't want to consult a specialist at this very early stage because I don't want any surgery. Anyway, I did some home remedies and at same time googled whatever foot support I could avail of. Wow, the CVS brand which costs much less than the popular brands did a wonderful job - it helped eased the pain and after 2 days, I stopped wearing it.

    Works great!!

    I really didn't think this was going to do anything. It's thin and the the gel pad is not big. I have had the worse ache in my feet when I stand or walk for any period of time and horrible Achilles' tendon pain. When I use these I feel 99% better! It's so weird. I tried skipping it the 2nd day because I couldn't believe it was the pad and low and behold, the pain was right back in foot and tendon 1/2 hour later. Day 3 wore the pads again- no pain after 1.25 mile walk. Try these, ASAP. I was living with this pain for months!

    Great

    I have been through a cortisone shot in my heel which was worse than having my 2 ten pound babies! It was horrible! Then the podiatrist put a cushion under my instep and taped it in place with this duct tape like stuff & told me to keep it in place 5-10 days. After 6 days, it was peeling and smelled. After i took it off I was tender on my right heel. I went to CVS and found the "Plantar Fasciitis Arch Sleeve" that was just like what that taped onto my foot! This has a stretch footie with a pad for the arch for each foot!! I wore it for 8 days the started to wear it only at night. It's great!!!

    Relief at Last!

    After suffering through five months of plantar fasciitis in my left foot so debilitating that I could barely walk, I was considering asking about surgery until I found this product. Within a week of using this sleeve, I have experienced more pain relief than I ever thought possible. The first two days were agony as my foot adjusted to the support, but stick with it and you will experience real relief. Very unobtrusive under tights and socks, seems to fit in any shoe, and WORTH EVERY PENNY (and you can use your FSA dollars, too!). HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
