Not a good buy if you are wrapping a knee. Strong and flexible athletic tape
Very strong and has good support. Good to have on hand because anything could happen. Stretchy and last a good while. CVS Health Self Grip Athletic tape

A shoe in fit athletic tape
I used this athletic tape to wrap my ankles before activities as I am prone to rolling my ankle and this tape is great! It has great hold and not too bulky to where I can still put my shoes on comfortably. Out of other athletic tapes I’ve used in the past this is one of the best.
