    Most cost effective B12 supplement

    I ran the numbers on B12 5000 mcg tablets. This quite simply is the most cost effective solution. Furthermore, the other B12 pills were either huge sugar bomb gummies or pills that were twice the size and just had more sweetener in it. Look, if you want to buy candy, go for it. But I am going to be taking B-12 for quite some time, so I might as well get best price per pill. (I'll be getting my sugar in the proper form - premium ice cream, instead)
