These are about as useful as sticking a piece of paper on your skin. They don't stick for more than a few minutes and forget about taking a shower or bathing with them on. Worth it
At 10 days I am already seeing improvement in my 4 month old surgical scar. I wish I had discovered this option sooner. I was hoping they’d work great
