It works very well for me
I have tried other probiotics before but this one works much better for me. I am 69 years old and this product was made for seniors.2 users found this review helpful.

I do not like that these pills are encased in a pop through sheet. I much more prefer a bottle and would prefer they change to go back to selling them in a bottle. I feel it is easier, safer and probably more cost effective than those sheets. Works great to keep gut healthy
I've been taking probiotics for 3 years and upgraded to the senior dose a few months ago.
