    Life saver

    I can’t recommend a sitz bath enough for postpartum recovery. It was truly a life saver for me! It provided instant relief from soreness and helped soothe stitches and swelling after birth. Warm water with Epsom salt or herbal blends felt amazing and made sitting and moving around much more comfortable. It also helped with hygiene and healing.

    Comfortable
