    Old Faithful

I have been using this for 50 years for sunblock on my nose and it works fine, no chemicals.

Product was great, employees not so much

Product was what I wanted but employee in pharmacy was disrespectful I went in looking for zinc oxide and associate sent me to the vitamin aisle, I said it’s a cream, then she took me to the baby aisle and gives me desitin. I said to her the dr said to only use zinc oxide, not desitin. Associate told me they are the same thing and I told her it is not. I found it in the first aid aisle, I took it to the pharmacy and showed it to her and said this is what I was looking for. She asked to see it and said desitin is the same thing I told her it is not. As I was walking away I could hear her mocking me to the other associates in the pharmacy. No one should be treated like this. Almost as if this was a contest and she had to get in the last word. Clearly when a dr tells you to use zinc oxide and not desitin, that’s what you use. I don’t know why she kept insisting to me to use desitin. I know zinc oxide is in desitin but it is a different strength and has other ingredients in it. The associate was not a pharmacist but was working with them. You should consider retraining some employees in common courtesy

Best sun block for your scars or nose

Zinc oxide protects your skin. I recently had a lesion removed and the doctor said put zinc oxide on to protect the new skin and keep from scaring.
