I ran out of my regular sleep gummies so I gave these a try since they were on sale. They work ok but I can't stomach the smell or taste. I even tried leaving the cap off thinking they'd "air out" but they were still terrible. I opened the second bottle hoping it was just a bad batch, but it was just as bad. Helpful sleep aid
I have been taking at least 2 every evening before I go to bed. They help my brain to relax which means I sleep so much better. I have purchased this product before for my son.

Thought I was getting a bargin

Tastes awful and hard to chew
I had been taking my son's Walgreen's generic melatonin gummies and they were soft, easy to chew and much better tasting. Bought 2 bottles for discount.
