It is easy to slow since it is very small pill. It is better than getting regular iron to avoid being constipated. Funny I was asked to review this. I bought 2 bottles of this Iron. When I opened the product box one of the bottles was already open. Safety protection peeled away. Instead of the 60 the bottle claims there were 12 tablets in the open bottle.4 users found this review helpful.
