Purchase of knee brace
Made other purchases that day using my insurance OTC program.. I bought a knee brace for $14.00 . I ask the clerk if I could exchange it if he didn't fit and she told me - yes. When I went back in that evening to exchange it - I was told they can't do that. I would have to contact my insurance company and they would tell me what to do and apply the $14.00 back to my account. I was led to believe that my insurance company would correct the problem - do I purchased another size for $14.00. After I spoke with my insurance company they told me that you can only make exchanges if you go thru mail order not in store purchases. So now I'm out the $28.00 because I was misinformed by the clerk - date this happen was June 2, 2025.0 users found this review helpful.

It worked for the intended purpose, as we avoided getting sunburned. These kinds of sunscreens have toxic ingredients, but they are convenient. It is especially harmful to inhale the spray. This one in particular had a very unpleasant scent that hung on.
