I am sure the product is just fine. I didn't give it a lot of stars because it didn't meet my needs. However, that's probably my fault for not reading the directions. My main need is in my lower back and my glutes.. The direction say not to sit on or sit in a chair with the heating pad. So the pad really doesn't help my condition. I'm wondering if there are any pads out there that you can sit on or use when you're seated in a chair so it's between you and the chair. Helpful & reasonably priced
The heating pad heats up fairly quickly & the control is designed to be very easy to use. Warming pad, not a heating pad
Bought this heating pad to help with back aches and cramps and while the texture is nice, it never gets hot - even on the max setting. It stays warm but there's no real difference between the top 2 settings.
