I was so excited to see a CVS brand of these, I love that it has lemon balm and passion fruit I really think those extra ingredients help me sleep better. HOWEVER I am a vegetarian and was super disappointed to see that these have gelatin (porcine) in them. If you don’t know what gelatin is, look it up. It’s sickening. Good option for sleep well
I have always refused to take products of this type, but the truth is that this was a great experience, this product helped me a lot to regulate my sleep cycle since because of my work (Doctor) and my night guards it is very difficult for me to fall asleep easily. Not only are these the most delicious gummies I've ever tried (I have to tell myself not to eat more than two) they work incredibly well. I either take one or two before bed and they help me fall asleep and stay asleep without any grogginess the next day.
