I like these as they are gummies! The only way I can take in as I dislike pills. Easy to take and has good flavor. I am not sure if these have enough potency for me but I feel like they are a bit short on that end. These melatonin gummies are really tasty. They remind me of Dots candy I used to love as a kid. They’re sugar-free, but they don’t really have that unpleasant sugar substitute aftertaste. I think they help me fall sleep, but somehow every time I take them, I wake up in the middle of the night. My kiddos take some type of night medicine and this was exactly what we needed. They really liked the flavor and how great they tasted. Helps to get to sleep faster
The CVS brand melatonin gummies taste good, doesn't stick to your teeth helps you fall asleep without the drowsy feeling in the morning. The package is safety protected, yet opens easily for adults. It works as suggested.
