Convenient and Effective
Gum has a pleasant mint taste but not too overpowering. Taste does fade quickly. Portable and perfect for when you can’t step away. Each one lasts about half an hour. Easy to chew and the tingling kicks in quickly. No side effects experienced and this was my first time not using a patch. For the value and ease of availability I would definitely give it another try but with a different flavor this time.
