Not recommended
I wouldn’t recommend this. The flavor doesn’t last long and it’s not good. It wasn’t too sticky but it had like a weird texture. It smells bad and made my head hurt bad. It isn’t that convenient on helping quit and I would find another product. The strength wasn’t bad but it made my head hurt.
