I replaced smoking with vaping 7 years ago, and now I want to quit vaping more than anything in the world. I feel like my vape is an extension of my arm because it is always in my hand, so it’s hard to even think about quitting. I’ve been using this CVS Nicotine gum while I’m at work, and it has been super helpful. I can go the whole work day without taking a vape break. It also prevents me from snacking all day, which I usually do to keep from vaping. So it’s a double win for me. I plan on trying to CVS Nicotine patches soon, along with this gum, to try and quit vaping all together. It’s super convenient because there is a CVS between my house and work, plus with their loyalty program I get a $10.00 off coupon every month, along with other great coupons on my receipt printout and on their website. So it really is the cheapest and most convenient way for me to buy these products! I highly recommend for anyone trying to stop vaping or smoking. Or even to hold you over while you are working or traveling or anywhere where you can’t smoke. My husband tried this to help quit smoking. He said it didn’t taste great at all and it almost made him feel jittery. Not overly minty and helped me quit
These qwee extremely helpful.for me to taper down a strokes eventually quit smoking. I am a big fan of anything mint and these were the right amount of mintiness, not overpowering and not weak. Hard gum
This gum released the smallest amount of nicotine so it’s good for those who have quit for a while, but I would not recommend this for something who is recently starting to quit. Highly recommend

Minty, and helps!
This nicotine ice mint flavored gum was very minty which I would say lasted a good amount of time flavor wise. It helped minimal craving and was a nice flavor.
