Trying to quit a bad habit
I like how the package has all the information that my husband needs. I would say it's worth the value of the money, it definitely helps. The only thing I didn't like was the aftertaste/ residue it gave. Great for helping to quit

Good way to quit
As someone who’s been a smoker since the seventh grade, I’ve never given much thought to these helping me quit smoking… decided to give them a whirl and I must say, they’re pretty effective. The taste isn’t too harsh, easy enough to follow instructions and definitely cheaper than buying actual cigarettes (long term). Okay but I’m not as motivated to quit as I thought
I have been vaping for about 8 years and I’ve been meaning to quit (however I’m not that motivated to). I wanted to try this gum and see if it helped. I honestly didn’t like it. It tasted off to me, which may be the nicotine.
