Very Effective
I could not have received this item at a better time. I'm in the process of quitting cigarettes. This nicotine gum is the full package! It has just the right amount of nicotine in each piece of gum to really curve your craving. As I use this product, it is becoming less and less hard to avoid cigarettes. The taste is nice and minty, just like a regular piece of gum. The texture is also similar to a piece of gum. As soon as I begin to chew, I notice my body absorbing the nicotine instantly. This is what’s needed to kick the nicotine habit. I take it when craving for a ciggerette. I’ve been using for years I like them reasonably priced. Use coupons to buy at a lower rate. 2-4 mg. I received the CVS Health sugar free nicotine gum for free as part of an incentivized ad campaign in exchange for my honest review. I’ve vaped for almost 10 years now and was just curious to try nicotine gum for the first time. This gum tastes like chewing on nothing and a single piece is so tiny it feels weird to chew. I didn’t get any buzz from chewing it and ultimately spit it out because it was like chewing on toilet paper (no taste). No more smoking
I'm a heavy smoker. I just moved and no longer smoke as much. So this gum has helped me out by cutting the craving a tad. I've never used nicotine gum so it was a new experience for me. Definitely helped with craving a cigarette so it does work. I would use this for quitting cigarettes. Ehh
Trying to cut back on vaping and was willing to give this try and see if it could help cut back the urge. This one my first time ever trying nicotine gum so I wasn’t too sure what to expect but after giving it a try I wasn’t too sure about it still. It has a peppery flavor and to me it was too spicy though the box claimed that’s how you know it’s working but for me that’s a no go! I could only leave it in for a few minutes instead of the 30 mins it was expected to last.
