About what I expected..
As to be somewhat expected it didn't taste amazing but it was barnacle. I'm not sure how helpful it. It helped a bit but not just sure how much. It's worth a try though. It may work better for one person than another. They were pretty convenient at times I'll have to say thou.

Better than patch
Took me a while to review this one because I needed to make the commitment. The flavor was just ok but I am not sure if that is just me making excuses. I was afraid to take too many and it make me sick so I just had one per day. I had no irritation. I was able to focus on my day and not think of vaping as much. I liked that it came in travel containers.

Worked as it should and lasts like it should. I'm not a fan of this flavor but it works. I only use it while at work since I can't go out for a smoke break.b

Curb the cravings
Good cherry flavored lozenge to help curb nicotine cravings and aide in quitting smoking. If you smoke within the first 30 mins of waking up start with 4mg otherwise go to 2mg. Use one every 1-2 hours but no more than 9 a day for the first few weeks. The steps are printed clearly on the back of the box and are easy to understand. It really does help to curb the cravings, has a nice flavor & I didnt notice a horrible aftertaste.

I didn’t really like it. I didn’t think it did anything to me and I felt like I wanted a cigarette right after I took them. Maybe it’s my mind, I don’t know but it didn’t work

Decent taste and work as expected
Works well to curb cravings when I cant vape. I'm not a huge fan of the flavor, but it's just because I despise cherry lol They taste ok. They dissolve well and don't leave any kind of film in your mouth. I would buy again.
