Definitely. Worth the try if your trying to cut ba
The best thing to me is how well it was to manage urges in situations where smoking isn’t possible or convenient. They’re especially useful after meals or during work breaks. However, they work best when combined with stownrong willpower and other support methods, as they are not a magic solution on their own. They also sometimes leave a medicine like taste in your mouth.

Can make you nauseous
While this product is okay when you don't have access to the "real thing" or are in a situation where you can't use "the real thing" it leaves a bit of nausea after taking it. And, it isn't even strong enough for one to be a sufficient dose. So, yes, if this is all that is available, it's better than nothing. Just beware of the side effects and the fact that it's not strong enough to use just one. I wouldn't even use it to step down because the nausea is a huge turn off and makes you not want to stick with the program.

It does a job, but most of it is psychological
The freshness is awesome. The usage is appropriate convenience. It’s in a bottle no side effects but the one attached to the product is the psychological catch because when you start smoking, it’s wired in so to quit requires willingness
