The gel insoles help my tired feet feel better.
The gel insoles help my tired feet feel better. I like the gel cushioning under the whole foot. No matter what gel insoles you buy, they do wear out. I replace the insoles about every three months. I use the insoles that came with the sneakers with the insoles for greater comfort.

Bone spur relief
I have bone spurs under my feet, so it is like walking on pebbles all day long. These insoles help tremendously!
