Amazing Store
Everything that I order from the Castro Valley CVS is great and the ENTIRE staff is ALWAYS So very helpful and the nicest Customer Service ever! One night they didn’t have what I needed so I ended up having to place the order at the CVS on Mission and harder, All I ordered was one thing, and I was parked in the handicap spot, literally in front of the door, I asked her if they could pls come out and I explained to them my situation That I am disabled and I’m in a wheelchair and I can’t walk and they were so extremely rude about It did not want to bring my order out n asked if I had anybody that could go in the store and I did not hence that’s why I was asking for help, she literally sat on the phone with me and argued with me about bringing my order out to me and finally the manager just said go ahead and just bring it to her, the rudest customer service. Every time I have ever went to your store on Mission and harder they’re extremely rude there and this time was no difference. It’s disgusting how they treat their customers over there.! And that will be the last time I ever purchase anything at any other CVS outside of Castro Valley ever again! That Store could learn a lot from your employees In Castro Valley maybe they need to go over there and train them on Customer Service! Just a suggestion.
