This a very versatile product that can be used for injuries or just stability. It can be worn working out & is very breathable & lasts, showing it's durability. It's a perfect size, but if you need smaller, it can be trimmed. This wrap helped keep my elbow and knee from getting sore. Was comfortable and I had no issues with breathing in it. Thin but durable
This pre wrap is great for its flexibility and stretch but also is really thin so it does add extra bulk where it's not wanted. It's definitely durable and I was able to use this for wrapping an ice pack around my ankle as well as under a bike helmet to prevent rubbing. Multi use product
We use this to wrap ankles and wrists for football. It keeps the joints flexible but stable. I also use it in the garden to keep vine borers off of my gourds.
