These micro lozenges taste delicious and dissolve quickly. I have noticed an increase in my energy levels after taking them. I recommend these supplements for people with low energy. Not bad at all
vitamins are a struggle for me so as someone who takes a B complex often I was happy to try this vitamin. The lozenge is a decent size which sometimes is a struggle for me with vitamins. It didn't have a terrible smell as some smell awful. The taste I didn't think it was bad at all. I mean the berry flavor was kind of cough syrup tasting but not bad at all. Value wise $12 for 30 days is not bad considering you only take one a day. Now as mentioned I take vitamin B often and discontinued it to try just the B12. I cannot exactly say it it worked but I did feel like I had a bit of a dip in my energy level from just taking this instead of my B complex. Its probably just because I didnt have the other B vitamins that my daily one has and my body is used too. Not for me
Not really for me. I don't feel like B12 gives me any more or less energy than I have on my own. It’s okay.
Easy to take and nicely packaged. Good value. Good Supplement
I liked this b12 vitamin. Felt like it gave me good energy after taking it. I also liked the size of the vitamin itself, they were nice and small and easy to take. Doesn't give you that nauseousness like some vitamins do! Store brand winner
Let me let you in on a little secret just in case you don't know…. Store branded items are usually the exact same thing as a name brand items! While there are some products that I do prefer the name brand things like vitamins I usually still enjoy and feel great benefit from the store brand! These don't disappoint. Increased energy levels.
Nice packaging, easy to read the ingredients and the value they have for our bodies. After a week of taking this, I began feeling more energized.
