    Buy this Vitamin when available

    My doctor has me taking B12 and I prefer to buy the CVS brand because it is less expensive and fits my needs. However the store vitamin shelves at 6464 W Atlantic in Delray FL are not stocked well so buy this when you see it. Compared to other brands it is priced well and of you are lucky you may even have a coupon for it.

    Capsules Better Than Chewables

    The B12 in capsule form gave me more results than chewable B12. The value was average for 60 1000mg capsules.
