I'm honestly not sure I even felt a difference after taking these. I'm not really sure what effect they were supposed to have. These vitamins are easy to take. They don’t have a strong after taste. The softgels are easy to swallow and don’t have a weird aftertaste (which is a BIG deal for me) . The bottle lasts a long time too . I’ve noticed my skin more hydrated and glowy . It’s honestly helped with my overall health and managing my stress better . At first I would get headaches like the first 2-3 days but after that it went away. If it’s something you decide you don’t want it’s very important to dispose of them the correct way so no child, pet or anyone else can reach them.
