I like that these are soft gels, as I feel like they are easier to take. They don’t get stuck or disintegrate before you get a chance to swallow. Good size
My doctor recommended I take some D3 because I live where it is winter forrrrever. This was the perfect little addition to the k2. The pills are easy to swallow as they are small. Small, effective little soft gel
First of all I love the size. I usually have to open capsules or crush pills so this small softgel was easy to swallow, digest and absorb. There is no aftertaste. Absorption
I have been using these K2 and D3 soft gels for over three weeks. Size of the soft gels makes it easy to swallow. The combination of these two should help calcium absorb into your system easier. To be honest , I cannot tell if they are working. I don’t feel or look any different.
