Stopped working after one week
Purchased this item on 12/21/2025 and today (12/28/2025), it no longer works. LOVED it when it was working! However, no longer working! Product doesn't heat on neck
I purchased this because of the pain down the side of my neck due to an ear infection. This does NOT in any way heat up around your neck. It does heat up on your shoulders, but NOT your neck. Never worked at all.
I do not recommend this product. I plugged it in and it never worked once. Update on previous review
So I called the CVS customer service line, I spoke to a rep who was very polite and did give me my options to rectify the issue with the heating pad not working after a month of having it. She put me through to the manager of the store I shop at (822 middle country road in Selden) and I explained to the gentleman on the phone the situation , and I explained I was NOT looking to exchange the product because I did not want to have the same issue a month later. I just didn’t have the box it came in when purchased. He said it wasn’t a problem, wanted to know how I paid and I told him via debit card, I also told him I had a virtual receipt. So I go to get the refund and after all was said and done, I get told I cannot get my refund of the purchase back on my debit (and it was the correct card because the receipt I have on the app tells me the last 4 digits on the card I used when originally purchased), because the store doesn’t allow refunds on the card look up. So best they can do is give me back what I paid for on a cvs gift card. This ruined my plans of going elsewhere for a different heating pad. Way to keep the money in the company cvs. The people in store I dealt with were lovely, so was the rep I spoke with on the customer care line. Cost was a little high for this product.
The product is comfortable and performs as stated. When compared to similar products I found the cost was a little higher.1 users found this review helpful.
