    Can’t live without it.

    This is the only over-the-counter product that has managed my perimenopausal symptoms. It has decreased my hot flashes to several times a day to almost none.

    Gave me vertigo for 6+ hours

    I was hoping this would help me sleep better. I've been suffering with insomnia, not falling asleep for hours and feeling restless like I can't find a comfortable position and when I do sleep I'd wake up and get so overheated and sweat so much that I'd be drenched! My menopause started at 47 and now I'm 61 and the hot flashes are so uncomfortable and annoying! I took this before bed and did sleep a little better but when I woke I was so dizzy that I could not walk without falling and it lasted for 6+ hours! It really freaked me out, I've never felt like that before. Maybe it's just me but I did notice that others mentioned dizziness after taking this.

    Amazing Product

    I have been suffering with major hot flashes for the past 2 years and took everything under the sun, but have to be careful because I take chemo pills. Nothing has worked until I found these. Noticed a difference after 3 days. Hot flashes are gone. Thank goodness. Best product ever.

    It actually works!

    I saw these at my local pharmacy and grabbed them without doing any research not expecting anything. I have been taking them for 2 months and surprisingly they work!!! At first I didn't notice anything but gradually I started to feel better mood wise, sleep better, and the hot flashes are less and shorter. In general I feel better. I also got the one for bone support and they seem to work too. The only negative is that they are no longer available in most stores, the bone support I cant even find online ... so upsetting 😭 why discontinue something that actually works??
