The vitamin is a little bit big so it can be hard to swallow for those who struggle with big tablets. It doesn’t have a bad taste or any texture. Please becareful if you are sensitive to medication. I took my 2nd dose of this vitamin, thinking I was doing something good for myself. I now have had insomnia for 5 days with anxiety and nightmares all night long. I had to go to urgent care and now seeing a PCP because I have been a mess since taking this multivitamin. I can't function and had to call off work to deal with this. I’ve been taking CVS Health One Daily Women’s Vitamins for a few weeks now, and overall they seem to do the job. The tablets are easy enough to take, and I like that they include a good variety of vitamins and minerals in one daily supplement. I’ve noticed a small improvement in my energy levels and appreciate the affordable price compared to other brands. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the taste and smell could definitely be better, and the tablets are a little larger than I’d prefer. Same great results every time!
These multivitamins are on the larger side, but I still find them easy to swallow. They are the type I have been taking for many years now (ingredients).
