Great value!
I take this everyday since I got them. I haven’t noticed anything different, to be honest. But, it’s always good to have some sort of multivitamin to support your health. The tablet is quite big. I wish it could be a little smaller. It doesn’t have aftertaste, which is awesome. Multivitamin/Multimineral Supplement
This is a pretty good option when looking for a daily vitamin to take. I was very impressed by how many vitamins and minerals were put into this. It would really help someone struggling to get all their essentials. It has folate in it which is crucial for women of childbearing age. It also has iron which I’ve sometimes struggled to find in a multivitamin, usually having to get it on its own. I did NOT like seeing Red 40 and Blue 2 in the ingredients list. Artificial colorings are completely unnecessary, especially for a product like this.
