Nice flavor, one is enough for me!
I’ve been using these gummies on occasion for a few weeks now and I love them! They really help me get to sleep on those late nights when I’m up with anxiety. The flavor is nice as well and I appreciate that they’re vegetarian. I feel like it’s a pretty good value for the price too. Not sure about its effectiveness, however the gummies themselves are yummy. Nice texture and taste to say they are sugar free. Effective, Affordable
This is a great Melatonin option. I appreciate that it's gummies; makes it easy to use, although I have to take them before I brush my teeth. I don't use Melatonin frequently (and you're not supposed to), but I like having it for sleepless nights. I do find it interesting; other Melatonin options I've used have mentioned to make sure to devote 8 hours to sleep, and this bottle didn't say anything about that. It's nice that you have the option to take half a dose; one dose is 2 gummies, 5 MG, and so you can choose to only take 2.5 MG. I also appreciate that it's sugar-free and affordable. I have also seen other Melatonin options say 10 MG is a dose, so I really like that this one is a smaller recommended dose. These work great to help me fall asleep. The packaging is cute and it’s a good value for the price. These are gummies and the flavor is strawberry so it’s actually kind of tasty. Sleeplessness no more!
I was very excited to receive this product bc I do suffer from sleeplessness. Sometimes it makes me feel a little drowsy in the morning but if I’m able to get 8 hours of sleep, I feel great! It does help me fall asleep quickly. The strawberry flavor is amazing! It smells so good when you open the bottle. Gets the job done
