This is SO aggressively scented that I get a headache every time I am in the same room when it is used. My partner prefers to use dawn vs. the more eco-friendly choices I use. I wish there was a version of Dawn that wasn't so unnecessarily perfumed with artificial, irritant fragrance.Reply from dawn-dish.com1 month agoHello! Sickening

Fresh Rain scent is for the laundry, not dishes!
I have always used Dawn dishwashing soap - platinum or otherwise. I typically wash my pots and pans by hand and the suds always seem to last through the round of washing and Dawn does seem to cut the grease well. That said, with the most recent purchase of Dawn, I could not figure out what smelled so badly. Then, I looked at the bottle and saw that I had purchased “Fresh Rain” scent by mistake. It smells like chemicals and I feel like I need to rewash my dishes to get the “Fresh Rain” off of them. No one wants their dishes to smell like laundry detergent!! Can’t wait to get to the store and purchase another dish soap. Not worth the money !!!!

Seriously
Its new smell is horrible and I will find another brand. Why change something that worked? I bought 3 bottles recently and thought I just got a defective one but Nope!
