I have bought only one spray bottle so far. Love the product because as a widow I don’t need to wash a lot of dishes all at once. It came in handy for cleaning just a few items. Like others have said, the spray mechanism stops returning to the correct position I too have to push it back into position with a finger. I’ve cleaned it and soaked the head. It did not help. I assume soap gets in to a part, dries, making the spray slow? So soaking the top for a while did not help. Makes doing the dishes easier
Love using this spray on dishes where I want full saturation to break down tough grease. It works really well and I like that the packaging makes it easy to just refill the spray I already have. Cleans well
I use Dawn Platinum Powerwash for washing all my dishes. I find that it does a much better job cleaning than regular soap. The refill is very easy to insert into the old spray head so you get a better value than buying a whole new bottle. Best Cleaning Product on the market
We can’t live without this in our house. Laundry, dishes, car washing, you name we use Dawn PowerWash for it. Never fails. Spray mechanism won't work correctly.
I am using a Dawn Platinum Plus Powerwash for my dishes but the trigger will not return to full cocked position and I have to return it with my fingers after each spray. I had purchased a new Dawn Platinum Plus Powerwash with two refills in the package. I just opened it up to use and discovered that the spray trigger is doing the same thing and not recocking to the full position. The Dawn liquid is great but if the trigger won't work right the product is worthless. Now I am left with a full bottle and two refills. It must upsetting that the sprayer stopped working. We appreciate you providing us with this feedback, but this is definitely not the type of experience we want you to have. If a new refill was just installed, follow the initial priming steps. Keep the bottle upright and spray several times into the sink, since it is not designed for upside down use. If the nozzle is clogged, rinse or soak it in warm water. When the bottle is nearly empty, check that the dip tube points in the same direction as the sprayer and reaches the bottom corner. If the issue continues, the sprayer may be worn out and the starter kit may need replacement after approximately 4 to 6 refills. This is simply an absolute must-have for the kitchen! The main feature is that you do not need to fill a full sink with water or scrub for a long time. You simply spray the foam directly onto the greasy dishes, pan or baking sheet, leave it for a couple of seconds and rinse it off easily. The foam is very thick and active, literally breaking down burnt fat before your eyes.
