This is one of those dental guards that you have to boil to soften it, and then you form it to fit your teeth. I followed the instructions to the letter, but it did not work. It was still way too hard. I wish I had my receipt so that I could return it.

If I could have given it a zero I would have. This product is worthless. I wasted $32.00 for this at CVS. We followed the directions to the letter and it did not soften nor did it conform to my mouth. Don't waste your money

Good instructions and forms easily. It was extremely uncomfortable. After 4 hours it actually temporarily changed my bite. Some people like it but I hated it.
