[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 3.5 stars. While it's good to have the absorbent material to be situated at front, I think it would still be beneficial to have it go to the rear. This allows for added security of catching heavier leaks. Strong material, no tearing. Quiet. No noticeable smells. Comfort will be subjective. Reliable and comfortable
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These underwear are designed for incontinence. I have someone tested them for days when they had issues with mild bladder leaks, as well as a few other use cases. Fit: These are incredibly stretchy. I expect that they will fit a wide range of people because of that, especially with other sizes taken into account - they expanded easily over my wide hips, and wore snug but not uncomfortably so. Comfort: The fit was comfortable. The fabric was... not as bad as I expected? It's very crinkly, but softer than it looks.
